Refurbishment Project 2018

Refurbishment of a traditional semi-detached property in Glasgow. We firstly relocated the existing gas boiler and pipework to allow building works to proceed. New areas in Grd floor insulated and underfloor heating pipes installed to provide a warm even temperature throughout with no wall space taken up by radiators. All other rooms in the house freshly decorated and new traditional cast iron radiators and matching valves fitted. New Cloakroom WC fitted with traditional wooden panelling. New Master En-suite and Dressing Room installed.
